Food is good, no issue there. The main issue is the service and atmosphere. Came in about 3 months and was disregarded my breakfast meal and they took forever trying to decide or figure out my refund. (They didn’t reload the paper in the self serve checkout) eventually got it back. As of today they are just lazy, go to the new location. They have a excellent manger in the mornings and they provide the best service possible

I stood there for 15 minutes, and no one asked if I needed help or anything! Hispanics came in and they stopped what they were doing to immediately assist them. I was standing at the cash register, the people who came in were standing right beside me!

Ordered food from drive thru was given food but told to pull up and wait for drinks. Waited 10 minutes no drinks. Went inside still no drinks and food was getting cold. I don't mind waiting for drinks but don't give me my food to get cold while I have to wait 12 minutes for my coffee. This happens often.

Food tastes alright. Service here would be a lot nicer if they weren’t so stingy with the fries or if the workers actually looked happy or like they want to work. Shouldn’t be paying for a large fry and still getting the same as what a small or medium could have got me. Happens on several occasions and not just with the large fries..

The fast food was good. I ate a hamburger and fries and a drink l drank a Dr Pepper Zero, l wish they would have had
Big Red Zero it tastes a whole lot better all in all it was nice and clean.

This restaurant is Gross. No ice in ice dispensary sweet tea tasted sour. The tables aren’t clean if I could get a choice I wouldn’t give this restaurant a single star

I’ve eaten here the past two mornings, this place is so disorganized that the employees work harder to get out of working instead of just getting it done. Day one they were wiping orders from screen to keep production time , creating more confusion with customers. Day two they couldn’t keep enough coffee to make two cups and had to pull ahead and wait for coffee, told server that they didn’t put sauce in bag and she stated it wasn’t ordered and I told her to work on her reading lessons. I’ve had a constant issue with my order being incorrect. I feel that my order is clear and easy to follow. It’s a constant issue not getting all the items on my order or getting the order wrong. Problem resolution is not easy though the app. Customer service can only offer a refund which is not issued quick enough.
