First and foremost, let me say that I wouldn’t bring my dog to this facility. You’re better off getting treatment from the Sheetz next door. The place is filthy, and the staff is rude. Tissues and dried blood everywhere. The EKG tech, named Tiffany, was abrasive and rude. She even tried to diagnose my family member before we met the doctor. Which I believe is against the law. She never washed her hands , and kept the same gloves on while touching her monitor and other random things. She even let the EKG leads drag on the floor(while stepping on them) and placed them on my family members chest. Talk about infection control You will leave with an infection if anything. It’s absolutely disgusting. And her computer was left open for all to see. You could read other patients names and dates of birth. Sounds like a HIPPA violation to me. The large guy that checked us in looked so disheveled, and you could see his belly hanging out from the bottom of his shirt. As for Doctor Bryant, he was not the best either. Very cold and matter of fact. No compassion at all. If I could leave no stars I would.
I suppose this is why they call it “Murder Parham.”

This “hospital” is a joke. Save your energy and drive to Duke or Duke Regional.

I am always impressed that the outside grounds are so litter-free, well-kept, and manicured. Every area of this Hospital looks so nice and is fresh and clean. The receptionist at the entrance of the Hospital is very attentive, kind, and friendly. She makes sure that she speaks to you when you enter the Hospital.

I had an appointment for an X-ray and the intake staff was very pleasant. I was happy at how prompt they were in getting me into the radiology dept for my X-ray. All of the radiology staff team members were friendly and helpful. They also took the time to answer questions that I had.

I recommend Maria Parham Hospital for their professional, pleasant, and caring services to everyone.

This hospital just unknowingly discharged my 83 year old mother with Parkinson's after a partial hip replacement surgery from a fall on Friday night. They sent her to her nursing home which had no idea she was arriving. They failed to offer us, as her health care proxy, notification of her discharge or the 48 hour appeal that we are legally entitled to. Her case manager Ty hung up on my sister after being questioned about it and failing to return two phone messages asking for updates on my mother. The nurse updated my sister this am stating she wasn't quite sure what happened during the night but my motheray have had a stroke. Her tongue was sticking out and her head slightly bent to the left and the nurse reported my mother couldn't swallow. They had to feed her water through a syringe. So she is not able to drink or eat on her own and is an aspiration risk. She was discharged with no discharge papers, against one of the doctors inhouse rehabilitation order and without her medications and without anyone knowing about it ..not even her nurse! They treated my mother like a piece of trash being taken out. Never, never again will we allow anyone that we know of to go anywhere near this hospital.

I had an awesome medical experience at this community hospital - trauma center - specifically the radiology department. From the Team member at the entrance to being wheeled out to my vehicle - my customer service was first rate - everyone was patient- kind- caring- professional- the registration team members- Patrick - Timothy - the radiologist technician specialists & the Radiologist- Dr- I couldn’t spell his name -was so courteous- the specialists & Dr thoroughly explained the pre- procedure- & post procedure several times- step by step- I was apprehensive but this team did their best to decrease the anxiety to the least level. I felt I was in very competent hands.My privacy was upheld during a fairly invasive procedure but I was treated in the most professional manner possible.

The nurses don’t know how to find a vein. They wouldn’t use the port and when we finally was able to get them to use the port, they didn’t know what they were doing. That they gave my mom a laxative but told her that it was something for a CT Scan and it tasted like floor cleaner. Then they stuck her in a room with a non working bathroom. And made her go to down the other side of the hallway to use a bathroom. They even took her into another patients room to use their bathroom. We will never go to the hospital again. We spent 3 days in there and I’m lucky able to be alive and that’s just the highlight of my mothers stay.

MariaParham Health (rehabilitation) was a wonderful experience. I went there after hip surgery. I was well cared for and I was able have Physical and Occupational therapy so I felt able to go home and resume my life. All the staff are kind, caring individuals. I’d highly recommend this facility.

I was in inpatient rehab in June 2024. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I made great strides while inpatient.
Beginning in November 2024, I began outpatient rehab. Both Kia (OT) and Scott (PT) have helped me make amazing progress in my right shoulder, arm, hand and fingers.
I am extremely thankful for these people. Their personalities and warm and friendly.
I highly recommend Maria Parham Rehab, both inpatient and outpatient!

I am sharing my review about exray and the outpatient lab. I went to Dr. Sundar office last Wednesday. I was coughing real bad, talking g hoarse and hurting in my Chest thru my back. I saw the PA at the doctors office. She se t me to do the lab at your hosiptal to do a covid test a d a flu test. And then the exray dept. To do a chest exray. She told me that she would hear from all my tests on Thursday and call me and let me know what she found out. Today is Monday a d I still have not heard from my test. CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW something. It does not take that long to hear from those tests. A lot of people ha e said it don't that it don't make sense
