I travel the US full time and thrift all over the country, and this is one of the worst thrift stores I’ve seen yet. There’s actual trash EVERYWHERE. The floor, boxes, bins. Just trash. No pride is taken in this store at all. They just throw whatever into a bunch of bins and you have to sort through. Half of this stuff should just be thrown away. Electronics with cords cut, used gloves, dirty stained clothes, and so on.

If you plan on buying furniture from Souls Harbor in Ennis Tx. Please be aware that they ripped me off 80.00 for a table and chair. When talked with them, they were not interested in helping me nor getting a refund or credit! I have never seen where a store that is supposed to help the poor get things. They wanted me to take a table back by the trash! I wrote to Dallas and they wouldn’t even respond to me!

So, beware before paying for furniture before you get it. I would not trust any of thing that work there.

Ennis and Ferris 5 stars! Great finds and great prices!! Waxahachie is a 1 star… found some neat things but they’re asking WAY TOO MUCH. I asked why and was told because they can sell things online and get what they’re asking… I was looking at an older round ottoman to recover for my living room but passed when he told me it was $300!!! I haven’t been back.

Imo you will have to sort through junk but I was very pleased at finding some clean Cds and a book for a friend. I only spent 2 dollars!!! Staff was kind and readily available if I needed them. I recommend this place.

Not only is the place nasty and gross the male workers make you feel uncomfortable as a women. Women stay away from the place!

Nice people working here and I always love searching through everything trying to find hidden treasures. I also will donate my gently used items to give back when I can. Really great place and more than fair pricing!

Purchased a mattress informed the guy that I would pick up in a couple of days. No problem he says holding the orange sold ticket with my name. Returned 2 days later and the mattress had been resold.....REALLY! I've gotten quite a few things there over the years, overpriced and great deals.
NEVER AGAIN.

Love this place. I've visited two fridays recently and the staff is very friendly. The price is amazing. Great place for the community. Yes it's not the most organized place to go to. It's has a garage sale feel. But that's why I love it. Great finds! You just have to take time to look around and you'll find what you need. My favorite thrift shop atm. I dont need to drive to Dallas any more. My one stop shop! Truely a hidden gem

There is now a different person in the front. He wants to sell everything as if it's an antique shop but it's a thrift store. Plus he has a 'superior than you attitude '
