I am so incredibly thankful to receive medical care at a price I can afford. I have went over 10 years without seeing a doctor because I do not have insurance. I have received full blood work and they have even scheduled me for my first mammogram. Wonderful, kind staff. They even have their own pharmacy. God bless this facility and the staff. Dr. Frank has done amazing with my husband and I since we lost our insurance and had to switch doctors. Now that my husband has insurance again he opted to stay with Dr. Frank because he said he's a doctor that gets it about diabetes. Most of the office staff is very friendly with the exception of one, which is unfortunate because it brings the pleasant atmosphere down when they're around. But it does happen. Amanda is a very caring nurse as well.

I’m the medical assistant there and I couldn’t work with a better provider!! He is very caring. We have a lot of different resources for uninsured and also see insured patients. I also work hard to answer your questions and concerns and also give information on preventative care such as cancer screenings which I am so passionate about. I will schedule your appointments and order your labs all you have to do is go!!

I got there about 10 minutes before they closed. I asked if they except medication for disposal. They said yes. I went out in car to get them. I came back in the office and the young lady behind the desk was so rude to me. I got told give it to me 3 times along with the hand motion give it to me. She was so rude to me. All the employees were out of the parking lot at 5:01 as I was on the phone with a family member.

I am Giving them a half because I called them at 3:19 PM Thursday june 23 2022 it was very important then I called them again at 8:19 am Friday Morning , and again at about 11am if they did not thank that having my presrprctains and medicines where important , and then said to me they have a 24 hour rotation to call back than the thomasville office need to get their act together I will be contacting the Director ASAP about this and their atitude of how they address patients
