I would rate them higher . They are supposed to pay my deposit for my apartment. And an old electric bill and the depot. It might take some time for them to pay . When they receive the money and I don't have any issues . Then I will update their rating. All In all I had a very good experience .
The person that I talked to was very helpful and professional.

I was very sad and disappointed because one of the ladies there took all my info and said she would pay the whole amount on my bill because I guess she represents an organization that helps people from being homeless. She called the electric company and we both spoke to the company and she assured them that my bill would be paid in full so my electric was not turned off. I just received my bill for this month and she never sent in at least a payment to help and when I reached her she gave me a cold shoulder and told me to call WACOG, I just wish she would have emailed me or written me to let me know that the organization would not be able to help or at least call its just false advertisement.?

Achieve human resources is what I'm trying to get services with but they need a diagnosis from a psychiatric doctor my worker is working with me she deal with the housing department her name is Chasity and she's trying to place me into her program through the program horizon

I went there and they did absolutely nothing to help me and I have been told other people have the same issue even after being in their services for a lot of time
