I will be digging further because we are referring clients in this area with financial assistance. This organization isn't calling people back. The reception is extremely rude and several have stated this. She telling clients in need that they will receive calls whenever the person in charge chooses to call. Salvation Army receives money to assist those in need. People are dealing with hardship and at this time they should be respected and understood. When your put in position to help others you don't take advantage of the situation. This has to end or this organization need to look into who they hire. I will dig deeper to see who we need to sit down with. This needs to be reported every time clients are mistreated

I've learned that One never knows what a person's going through, just by looking. If I choose to be a servant that I must do it in a most kind way. That love sometimes saves lives and gives a person the strength to take the next step. My opinion is that if you walk into A Salvation army, you want help or you want to be of some help to someone else. Be NICE, GIVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, AND DO NOT MAKE ANYONE FEEL ASHAMED OR GUILTY FOR GETTING HELP. That Word Salvation means something . Everyone can not be pleased. BUT I HAVE NO EXCUSE NOT TO TRY. Especially if I'm providing the service.

Not what it used to be! Don't help people at all anymore....never have any funding and I understand why. A friend of mine went to get help with rent. We as treated very poorly. She said lady in front office is very rude and nasty. Can't get a clothing voucher anymore unless you are in a fire or flood. She said the food you can get daily..but there is never any. Mr. Booth would be so proud...and yes I am being sarcastic..

Food was Rotten today, and milk was 4-5 days expired. The Salvation Army can get in a bunch of trouble if someone gets sick from this. The new older Caucasian at the front desk, is very rude and shouldn't deal with the public
