This place in the mid 1990s helped my wife and I through a tough week! Probably the toughest week I've ever had when our very premature daughter was less then a week from being cleared from NICU at Baptist hospital and passed away. We were young and not prepared in the least for that experiance and they really helped us a ton. Thank you for the assistance that at the time I couldn't fully appreciate. Now I constantly do think about it. I will always donate what I can.

My sister was treated unfairly . They took her Medicaid card with no explanation and is probably billing under it . They get all in your business as in your whereabouts . She has appointments and battling on going health issues post pregnancy . It’s none of their business what she does during the day and they asked for proof of her health issues … it’s none of their business ! They wanted her to have the nurses sign her in and out of the NICU to make sure she was there 6-8 hours at a time. I’m sorry but it’s not that much she can do while he’s in the incubator and when the nurses provide care. It’s insanely inappropriate how long someone visits their child !We are adults , y'all are a charity and crossing boundaries!

Highly would not recommend unless you’re desperate … too many rules that’s violates your privacy !

I hate that we need their services because of our very sick newborn at Brenner Childrens hospital but the people here are absolutely amazing. Super friendly, warm, welcoming, caring. The playroom for my other kids has been amazing. I couldn't be more thankful for this amazing place and the amazing people who run it.
