I had the privilege of joining a group of 24 people on one of Center for Spiritual Wisdom's pilgrimages. We went to Italy in October 2019 for a 10-day pilgrimage to walk in the paths of St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi. I had never been on a pilgrimage before, and found it to be an exceptional and transformational experience. Before we went to Italy, we had several preparatory events through the Center, both to help us to connect as a group, and to prepare us for what a pilgrimage is and to give thought to what we were individually seeking. I highly recommend this experience.

I recently moved from a large city in Florida and was involved in various spiritual groups that fostered me in my spiritual journey—often beyond my religious tradition, without abandoning it. With my move to Brevard, I questioned whether I would have access to similar groups in a much smaller town. The Center for Spiritual Wisdom answered that question. The Center offers a variety of programs, retreats and pilgrimages that help me in my spiritual journey. My wife and I had a tremendously fulfilling pilgrimage to Assisi in Italy, the home of both St. Francis and St. Clare. I loved the Enneagram course I took and am presently involved in a CSW-sponsored group that explores the Gospel of Thomas and other another which challenges me to recognize and address the social justice issues in my community. I highly recommend the Center for Spiritual Wisdom for all spiritual seekers.

The Center’s Reel Spirit Movie Project is such a refreshing and enriching experience! My love of movies and meaningful conversation are so easily merged in this simple, but rewarding project. The participants come from many, diverse walks of life and bring deeply insightful, inclusive, and provocative reflections and considerations. I’m so very grateful that the Center offers such a rich opportunity to share and connect with other spiritual sojourners.
