Unfortunately I have to write such a review. If I could find better ways of assisting myself and my two children I exhaust all my options before I get government Assistance. I'm thankful for what and who I know within these agency. Many people have dealt with the agency and the so called help they give from child support to transportation for yourself or your children. I'm disappointed and pissed off for the simple fact I stay on top of making transportation rides with that being said several times they have not recorded referrals that I have provided and when it's close to your appointment time you cant wait 3 weeks or however long it may take to receive and review that referral. You will miss your appointment. Long story short once again my spinal bifida child will miss her appointment due the neglect of transportation doing their job and I could continue on and I will but I'm going to leave it here and say transportation and definitely child support are jokes and that is me saying nice

I have let this go on for so long and enough is enough. I am to the roof of every time. I have to call or be there I get an attitude and it’s the lady upfront and if you don’t like your job get a other one because plainly this is not your job that you need. You are the face of DSS you the first person that they see when they walk in and the first person they have to interact with so I suggest you need to change your attitude or get another job 😡 I am beyond over it

I didn't like them taking my boys on top of that they keep children in that building it awful that is child neglect the way they treat the kids something need to be done and the black lady up front is rude and awful just because people ask for help every one is important they need to realize that they don't about you or your child they need to be put under investigation

This place is a joke. The ladies love to let you stand there while they talk about this and that (nothing to do with the job) and then be sooooo rude. The front drsk ladies has been there forever and treats me so different almost like she looks down on us

No help at all when dealing w interstate case..Child support office is not connected w any other criminal offices so when person who owes cs is picked up on other charges they are just able to bond out without mention of decades of past due support orders not followed!

The older black lady who runs the front window is very rude. She acts like it’s a bother to help you, it’s your job!!! You’re not greeted with a smile. It’s an attitude. First impression tells a lot about a place & she ruins it for the whole group.

Very helpful place and great staff, (except one and we all know that), lolz. I have to say, they do they're best to help u if they can. I am disabled and I HATE to ask for help, but when u have to, it's much better when it's friendly and caring people u ask ❗😉😊✌
