Before I went to hope my anxiety kept me from going anywhere I was pretty much a hermit. I was even afraid to go to the store on top of that I suffer from depression and PTSD. Hope has been a blessing for me. My life is more enjoyable, I have friends now I get out more. The staff has been unbelievably helpful they genuinely care about each and every one of us. I can't thank them enough for all they do. God Bless them all.

Hope can be okay but in my opinion they do not do right with people that have mental issues. For instance a group of chosen members were selected to go on a group trip to Tucson today. It was kept very hush hush and a couple of peer supports were told to select 8 people to go. So that made other members feel unloved unwanted depressed and not liked. Situations like this causes more damage. Come Monday I do not even think the other members should be allowed to discuss their trip and I know they are gonna want to but none of us who weren’t invited or even told about the trip want to hear any thing from those who were chosen to go. It was kept quiet and so there is no reason it should be discussed in any group

I like hope they help me grow and show me new coping skills and day program helps me to be myself and see my mental illness as knowledge not a weekness

I am happy at Hope I am happy I can come to groups. I like the Day Program. I am a member.
