If I could give zero stars I would. My mother is in need of help and I called and asked about temporary shelter. I had read online that they provide shelter to an extent. I asked the lady who answered about shelter for my mother and she explained that they do not provide that, I said okay I read online you did I guess it's wrong, I was not trying to be rude. Before I could ask any other questions and even get a word out of my mouth, she said "BYE" and hung up. That hurt as I have been trying to find shelter for my mother FOR DAYS. For a place that has such a good cause, the staff is obviously not trained correctly. My mother does need other services as well and now when I call back I have to enter an "access code." So thank you lady, for basically denying someone help and information. I had tried to call and the line was busy several times before, I finally get through, and am treated like that and not even given a chance to ask more than one question for my own mother who needs help badly. I am disappointed.
