Started my taxes with them in 2018 one of their volunteers left mid file. Called them to try and finish it and got the run around. Tried to get in contact with them again recently spoke to a nice lady who never sent me the email to continue the process.. since then no one answers calls, or return your emails or call you back.

VITA run by Gina Nickerson is the worst. I have been trying to get my taxes figured out for about a year at this point. She actually lied to me, many times to just give me the run around but the best was when she had me waste an entire morning at the irs office saying that they accepted walk ins when they actually don’t. Then she said I was being rude so they would not be helping me. They real kicker is they never did anything but provide me w false/ misleading information so if that’s the goal there, way to go!

Threatening employees with termination making them get vaccinated and then still terminating without cause. If this is the way this org is run I hope you go out of business. Terrible work by Clay whatever his position is and the h.r. going above and beyond holding people's jobs hostage. Not taking any health concerns into account or take a look at religion exemptions, basically your way or no way. For a non profit and an organization that should work with everyone you surely didn't.

Wonderful place for your child in the daycare center. The teachers are the best staff so helpful. Best pleace in town clean.
