I had high hopes with the reviews on here. Giving two stars only because some of the staff are really kind. What would have been a 30 day assessment was reduced to 3 days due to their fear of treating my daughter’s diabetes. Most of her items were left behind, which doesn’t make sense since they are checked in. They should also be checked out. They were medical supplies that were needed. That being said, I could get past all that, but it has now been almost 3 months with promises of the report needed for her treatment. We have been told multiple times it would be ready by a certain date, only to be left hanging with no results. Even before the hurricane, it had been promised several times, and had been almost 2 months past discharge at that time. Once again, last week we were suppose to have it and it didn’t get done. She can not get desperately needed placement and help without this report. Very disappointed in the lack of professional treatment from them.

My son ended up staying here for quite some time. He was pretty unstable when he first arrived but he was able to stabilize during the duration of his stay. The staff was very sweet to him and made him feel at home and welcome. The employees clearly care about the kids coming through the facility. My son felt heart-sick when he finally had to leave. We really appreciate everyone there.
