The rooms and property was very clean and quiet! Had a cozy feel about it! The beds were soft and comfortable with a friendly staff! Would recommend staying here to anyone!

The owner is hands on and my mom loved being safe and comfortable while awaiting word from Fema on her flood damaged home. My mom was impressed with the cleanliness as well! Our family will be staying here anytime we are visiting. Wonderful people!

This is our go to place to stay every time we’re in the area. The owner is on site and takes very good care of her place. she remembers us in our preference in rooms by just telling her who we are when we call. There’s washer and dryers on location. Washer and soap are free to use in. The dryer is only $1.50 she also has older towels and a hose for you to clean your motorcycle when you’re there. We have gone up there several times with a motorcycle club and I’ve always had a great experience.

Amazing place to stay for any groups. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was so nice and clean. Loved the mountain views. The creek view and sound from the balcony was enjoyable and peaceful. Trout fishing in the creek was so much fun. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this Beautiful Place. We will definitely be back in the very near future.

I have stayed at Maggie Valley Creekside Lodge for at least 7 times. Have NEVER been disappointed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My last visit was in September 2023, and I will be headed that way again this September. Have never had any problems, and I know IF there was ever any, it would be taken care of immediately. This is a family-owned lodge, and they treat you like family. I always reserve a second-floor room overlooking Jonathan Creek - it's a beautiful running babbling brook!! Each room located by the creek has two rocking chairs for you to sit and enjoy the nature God has given that area. I highly recommend staying at Maggie Valley Creekside Lodge! And when you do, make sure you stop to say hello to Gracie, such a beautiful friendly dog.

Clean and comfortable room. We were up stairs, which was hard lugging stuff up and down. Our room had a private balcony over looking the creek, and table and chairs which was very nice. Parking lot can be tight at times and the door locks were worn and need oil or replaced. Staff was friendly and prompt. I think your experience here is very much room type and location dependent. Our friends had a 1st floor room, but there is no privacy when on the creek side of your room. I would recommend a 1st floor room with a private porch. If steps bother you and 1st floor not available, then I would pass on this property.

This was a very nice and quaint, staff was super friendly. The hotel was very clean. Has a covered area with games, grills, and tables. The firepits are very nice,wood is provided. Peaceful mountain views. Great location. Was family friendly and biker friendly. Location was perfect for our visit. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. Very close to shopping and very clean the things you can do while here are fun. They have darts and corn hole also they provide many grills and fire pits to cook on. Every night the community was together playing and discussing where we were from. I recommend the creek side number 19. We did alot of walking back and forth so we worked up a sweat for 4 day of our trip and guess what they have free washing machine and 1.50 dryer so I went home with clean cloths. Ok my nit picks 1 they have a chair and desk but they need 2 chairs for the 2 bed room. I recommend you bring some fold out ones. Cause sitting in a bed instead of a chair stinks if you stay up late. 2 is just nit pick stuff but hey they stock the river very often and you can hang a pole out back. We did everything we could at this place and we were very happy
