Very unprofessional! Employees & the head director. They care more about what the staff says, versus actually hearing both sides to the story. Can never give a good explanation to why kids get hurt while in their care.. & they fire people, which is resulting in kids not being able to do extended daycare that the PARENTS pay for... but still want the parents to pay even though they can't tend that time, wow.

I had been on a wait list since I was pregnant. They don't tell you about the temporary available slot you can pay for. They don't "advertise" them. I felt lied to several times by this daycare about availability. If someone can withhold information about the small things, I wouldn't trust them at all with my child.
