Our experience with The Swicegood Group was excellent. We were selling a house and personal property in an estate. Great group to work with! A neighbor’s estate was sold at auction by this group, and they made the huge job look easy. Their team works hard and fast so customers can bid on- line, arrive at pick up location to claim purchases, getting in and out really fast! The team is friendly, keep track of purchases well and bring clarity to what could truly be chaos! They even make the job look so fun I’m tempted to apply for a job. 😉

I received a request from these folks for a review. I kept my opinion to myself but since they asked... here you go. Their process is very expensive. I bought an investment property through their process, I also had them show me three other properties over a few months. My experience with Kyle Swicegood is that his general attitude was arrogant, as was his wife/partner. They "act" the part but my impression of their sincerity is limited. It's as if you're bothering them during any contact or interaction. During one showing, he complained that the 10% fee he was charging was way too low for all the work he/they do. Then later he spoke of all the money he was making. He sort of shocked me and I stopped considering them for my purchases. Ashton (his daughter?) was very nice. Also, another family member, a male who once showed me a property, who at the time was not yet a Realtor or Auctioneer was also very nice.
