I love Cove Church. You ever say you don't go to church because of the people? I truly say this church is not one of those. Feel at home and welcomed. Music is great and enjoy preaching. Always very relevant to current feelings. 11:30 service is great for late risers. Lots of groups to join. All ages go here. A lot of energy. Christmas was really special with the church giving back to the community. They have several outreach programs as well.

We love the ambiance, everyone is welcoming and friendly, Pastor Will is entertaining, the singers and musicians are incredibly talented and the message always hits home. Cove Church is everything I have looked for in a service.

We love it! Come as you are with upbeat worship music! We have been going here for over 10 years and have enjoyed celebrating life events, baptisms, Movies at the Cove, and finding connections through life groups and opportunities to volunteer.

I found the Cove Church online, and I received a postcard inviting me. I was very excited to attend a service. I am new to the Statesville area, and have been looking for a new church home. I was happy to find a location less than 5 minutes from my home in Statesville. The website was very inviting, the postcard had a nice message. However. When I arrived, a man at the “first time visitors” booth walked me around, telling me about the facility, showing me the grounds, etc. Then, he went into a four or five minute felt like a “lecture” of why I had no business going to the children’s part of the church. My children are in their 20s, no, I do not need to be in that area. But I did not need a lecture on it. Perhaps the church has had a problem with it. But I will tell you, it turned me off instantly of the church. I did not feel as ”welcomed” anymore. I almost felt that everyone was watching me, since I was alone. I was a little surprised that the message was “piped in” as it was explained to me. I was very surprised that there was not a pastor present. But I did enjoy the message from the Pastor on Skype, or whatever platform was used. However, the music was way too loud for a church. The “disco” light show made it feel more like a rock concert than church service. One person greeted me. Then a woman walked up to me and shoved a card on marriage counseling into my hand. Again, I state that I was alone. You should know your audience. Sadly, I was very disappointed overall. I will not return.

Love the cove church and attend Statesville campus but join Mooresville campus on Tuesday nights for Griefshare. This program is amazing and has truly helped myself and my son walk through our loss. The family atmosphere of the facilitators and others walking through their losses has made such a huge difference in how I am walking from grief to joy! Thank you so much Cove church mooresville for offering this wonderful program.
