I was given a tenant who absolutely trashed my home , inside and out. She also stole and/or sold everything of value in my home. Her children rode quads all over my beautiful lawn and I had to pay a landscaper to regrade and reseed my lawn. Then to top it all off, she moved out in mid May (her lease wasn't up until 12/1.) Hurricane helene hit in September when my house was empty. She claimed her things were ruined from the Hurricane and kind hearted people got scammed into giving her gifts and $ for her New home that mountain projects found for her. Homeowners BEWARE. It was 1 of the worst experiences of my life. My home was left filthy and with roaches. I got no satisfaction from Oscar at mountain projects. As I write this, I'm fairly certain she's destroying someone else's home. Again, beware!

This place is AMAZING!! Unbelievable merchandise, great prices, & wonderful people who work there! This is my fave go-to place! AND an awesome service to the community! So thankful for them!!!!

This place is a joke.. Nicole Parton needs to find her another job. She never answers or returns calls. I don't think she even knows really what she is doing...PERIOD. Nor the woman at the front desk you ask her a ? . Idk you can leave a message I will contect you she says why to never get a call back ..what does she know You have to keep calling and calling until maybe you catch them..it's been reported but Nobody cares because they can not get people to work they say. They are paying people now that doesn't do their job 🙄

My first time dealing with them and it's not been great experience. The are like DSS hardly ever return calls have to leave messages over and over to get return call. One woman is only there 2 days a week. Nearly impossible to get a call back from her. But like every place else everything still getting blamed on covid.

Easy to find and access. Traffic in this area does get a bit heavy starting around 2:30 so if possible you might want to avoid those afternoon appointments.

They really care about your circumstance, and there caring is such a great wonderful experience having someone care and understand when your in a difficult position is nothing short of a blessing.
