Called three times today. Wait on hold, which I expected, then they pick up and I hear the television! No one ever gets on the phone. What the heck is going on over there?

It was my first time visiting this office, and I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous and friendly staff. They provided clear and concise instructions on how to obtain a copy of my social security card.

Despite the low reviews, I found this facility to be one of the best I have ever visited. It was clean, spacious, and the staff was respectful and professional.

Be prepared with your documents and you'll be out of there within a timely manner.

I called three hours ago and system said someone would call back in approximately 120min. I'm still waiting.
Called again and got the same recording. Poor customer service

I called today and Mr. Williams was very rude and hostile. He wouldn’t even let me ask my question or even tried to listen to what I had to say. I know we all have good and bad days but this man was mean. If being friendly is not in your nature I could deal with that but there’s no reason or need to be rude or hostile especially if someone on the other end hasn’t gave you a reason for it! Regardless of the way he treated me I still told Mr. William to have a good day.

i called three times and cannot get through to a live person. it has me wait on hold before the call finally drops or just stops ringing. i am trying to make an appointment. they were open last month and i got through to schedule an appt but i couldnt keep that appt. does anyone know if anyone is even in the office right now thanks.

Edit: I finally got through 2 months later. Scheduled an appointment in February 2022. Was informed to be 5 mins early... got there 5 minutes early, checked in, and still waited an hour to be called up. So much for an appt time, but whatever. It was worth it, I suppose. Also, the customer service woman who helped me was super pleasant. I guess, I'd say, just be patient!!! Oh yeah,, got my new ss card in the mail in 3 days and it was a weekend too.. even faster than what she said it would be.. Good luck and God bless!!!!

Waiting takes awhile, so bring a book or something to occupy your mind. Once we were called in, my daughter and I had no problems whatsoever, and the amount of time we spent with a counselor there went fast. They are efficient. The place handles many people with all sorts of diff problems, that is why you wait long. Maybe to improve they can divide the building somehow to take care of of different cases.

Expecting a phone call at 11:15 they called early rang twice then hung up never heard back at my 11:15 appointment I called them can't get through typically I find they are extremely rude and the main managers know this and do nothing about it because they can't get decent people to work there for those who try to make people's lives better I applaud you but most people are there because they are the bottom of the barrel
