I had the privilege of being assisted by Ms. Robinson at the Social Security Department (Window 22), and I can't thank her enough for the exceptional service she provided. Came here to get my child's social security card that never arrived in the mail. The first time I came, everyone was so nice and helpful however I was missing 1 document so then I came a second time and I had such a bad experience. I finally found parking after half hour of circling only to find out that as of nov 2024 they updated their policy that you must come with an appointment. The security lady was so rude. She didn't even listen to what I wanted to say. And then when she told me I need an appointment, she started yelling at everyone that didn't have an appointment they they must go down the elevator now!! We didn't do anything wrong..... I had no idea that they changed to appointment only. I think the clerks at the desk were really nice so I hope the next time I go, I will have a better experience

Updating my name and status was a breeze. I filled out the necessary forms at home beforehand, but you can do it there as well. The center itself was well-organized; I grabbed a number from the machine and waited for my turn. The woman at the window was incredibly helpful and efficient. My entire visit took less than 15 minutes. Thanks for making this process so smooth!

Just left this office and have to say I had a truly wonderful experience! I anticipated having to miss a whole morning of work but was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I came for a walk-in appointment for a replacement social security card, there were only two other people in the waiting area at 9:30am on Thursday.

I filled out my information on the website in advance, which I think speeded things along. I was also told mornings were best because it gets crowded later in the day, and I’m glad I was able to follow that advice.

Security and admin staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you!

Great! I spent 5 min there, visited on Wednesday at 2:30 pm, two people in line but there are so many windows that you don’t have to wait. Big space for waiting, many chairs and applications are provided.

Please don’t listen to the negative reviews on this card center. I checked in at 7:20am to update my citizenship and was out of there by 7:35am. Did not need an appointment. Printed the form before hand and had it all filled out ready to go. Everything went very smooth and everyone was very nice. Security guards said to take care when I left.
