I bought laptop as a present for my dad, several month later screen stopped working, I called the company and sent it for repairs, they promised that it should be around one week to get it back, couple days later they contacted me that they can’t do the work, because they found a small damage that isn’t covered by warranty and they won’t do the screen repair without fixing this damage as well. They quoted me a price, that was almost a third of the full price of the computer! After talking to the manager they reduced price a little, he pre authorized my card for this amount and I was expecting to get it back in a week time. I’ve contacted them 6 or 7 times since then, they opened a new ticket every time I called, finally another manager reached me, apologized, said that they can’t get a part and she will email me ask the information with her contact number and timing… guess what? No email!, nothing!!!
So far it’s been almost a month!!! I have never experienced such a horrible customer support!!!

Absolute trash products. Do not buy one of their printers. Buggy, bloated software. Printer never connects. They are always begging you to sign up for their scam subscription service. When you need to print? Ink dried out because of course it is.

Excellent company customer service. I see there are some complaints in reviews, even I had complaints against hp to the point of nearly filing a claim, however what I’ve learned by dealing with HP customer service is that this company stands by high standards of principles to satisfy customers. In my case I simply called customer service & they solved my problem whereas now I’m more than happy. There needs to be more companies like this that have reasonable customer service staff to provide the quality service I received from HP. ?

I bought a black and white printer. It worked twice. Next time a week later it was offline and wouldn’t connect again. Then as I was attempting to go through the installation again and troubleshoot, an HP chat window opened . That lady said my computer was compromised and she could help me. Redirect twice through the HP website chat to a Metaverse TEch support and phone contact. Cost me 199. American and took like two and a half hours with them remotely controlling my computer to finally install the printer and get it to work. Then I find out it’s a scam, perpetrated by HP on their official website pop up chat help. I will never buy another product from this company. If your reading this don’t buy from them. Many others had the exact same experience as me. Exactly the same. which makes me wonder if the Help Scam is another division of HP helping remove your money for nothing…….

Two months ago I bought a Chromebook for 349,00. The screen broke and after 6 HOURS with the support. they asked me to send the chromebook to repair and now they are charging 350,00 to fix the screen. No one answer my calls and no one returns my calls... and I have only one question. Why it's more expensive to repair a screen than a new one? It's just the worst support I've ever seen. #hpnevermore

Ordered a HP 9025e All in One printer, & it arrived today. When I tried to set up the printer, ink cartridges sent were empty. I've been on the phone for over 5 hours trying to get support from the correct departments. I have spoken to 11 different people, and have been transferred to different departments only to be disconnected a number of times. Each person making excuses of why they can't help. I've been transferred to HP USA when I've been speaking to a Canadian dept...and then you get put on hold for another dept when they transfer you again. Very disappointed with HP...Should have ordered an Epson Printer

Horrible Enterprise Tech Support. Overseas call center full of people reading scripts. Automated chat bot that kicks you in a circle to stall. Terry MacLellan will back the script readers when they lie too. Unethical and 2 faced.

Had made an order for printer ink online.. here's my personal experience:

You HAVE to be extremely precise when filling out the shipping portion of your online order. HP Canada ships through Canada Post. CP will return the order if there's even one minor mistake, because they work as part of the government. Had to reorder the item again, and wait 10-15 business days for a refund of the original order.

Calling HP's Customer Service line was a pleasant experience--the staff DJ and Bobby--were excellent to deal with--professional and helpful throughout this ordeal. 🙂

Regarding pricing, the prices in the HP Store are better compared to other retailers, and they have promotions from time-to-time that's pretty nice.
