Coming from Maryland to move to California has been a small but testy acclimating. This office has gone well beyond helping me. Absolutely a very caring and community based office. Horrible communication, not professional. Unorganized. You make an appointment get seen hours later. Bad staffing. They’re will be multiple people for help working on one damn thing. I don’t see the point in the new kiosk it hasn’t made the slightest change.

Lazy , disorganized costing children to go hungry on many occasions because of workers not getting things done in time sending letters that are received a month after the date that is claiming to be sent , this is the worst location.
