This is a decent sports park. I gave it a 4 because they at least have fields to play on. Not the best, but they are there and able to be utilized. The football field has virtually no seating on the visitor side. There is about a 10 ft walkway between the field and the fence. Parking is not always easy to find. It is not the best venue for a football game, but it is fair enough. Their Little League Baseball fields are better, but they are still really spacious.

Such a great park from the new gyms to the football and softball fields, batting cages, free dog park area, plus if your like me and play pokemon go theres tons of gyms and spots! Very clean and a friendly staff with lots of clean bathrooms and handicapped parking. They are also building a new skate park and they've updated the dog park free leash area to include an obstacle course and a seperate small dog area. They also have both tennis and pickleball courts and a beautiful gazebo. The grounds are very well maintained and it's a wonderful place for walks or hikes.

Best skatepark in the area. I live in SLO and drive here 40 min just to skate. They have other amenities too. I've seen a playground, library, baseball field, they also have great restrooms to use. 5/5 stars. Fun spot to be.

Very scary angry man at dog park. Be cautious. Do not engage. He drives this van has 2 French bulldogs, approx 6'2" prosthetic leg. Last Sunday was yelling & calling my friend names. Threatened to kick my 15 lb dog in the teeth. I left right away.

Dog park is fair to middlin… often the only ones there however, when there are others it seems there seems the dogs and their humans are good people. (Vs elm st dog park where I’ve run into aggressive dogs more than a few times)

This dog park has two separate areas one for big and one for small. Each with own wateri bowl/hose. Bark or some kind of wood chips covering the ground.
Watch out for broken glass. I was told it pops up because it used to be a landfill?! Haven’t confirmed that rumor yet…

If you planned on taking your young
Children so they could play at the (wanna be sinshiemer park but with the weak zip line) park FYI the park is just behind a hill, thus you have zero visibility of your kids while at the dog park.
Not in my comfort zone unfortunately.

There is one big tree providing more than enough shade

Always a ball or two if you forget yours

Go up
