if I could give zero stars, I would. Research and go to any other center or place that can help you. NBRC is the absolute worst. None of the employees that work there know how to assist or know what to do with anything. The managers that are over the employees are just as bad. It takes months to get a response or reply about anything, once you do get a response or a reply, the information is inaccurate.

I’ve been trying to get reimbursements for my daughter’s GPS for a few months now. I’ve done everything on my end, I’ve asked questions, I’ve filled out forms, and still nothing. After submitting everything, it takes them two months to come back and tell me they need hardcopies or PDF forms. I have an email chain that is 10 times longer than this review, a whole bunch of back-and-forth with no help or results.

When you ask for a timeline of how long everything will take, they don’t have it. They absolutely do not have any kind of information that is helpful for you or your child. Jordan Brydstrong is the worst and absolutely no help. If you can get any other counselor, please do! If they assign you to Jordan, it’s best that you request somebody else. Honestly, it’s best that you don’t even use NBRC. My daughter and I dealt with altar regional center in Sacramento and it was the complete opposite of this. They were very helpful, they knew the answers to questions about what they can and can’t do, they were very responsive, very professional. NBRC is absolutely the most unprofessional organization I’ve ever dealt with.

I am a client of Northbay and Northbay is the worst company they are hard to get a hold of and when you tell them about a problem they always give you made up excuses on why they can’t help or they suggest stuff that won’t help or do stuff like put you in day programs or something you don’t want an won’t help one day when I got accepted for a esa animal because my helicopter parents that can be hard to deal with was having a fit because they didn’t get the first say my nbrc sc at the time and my A bright future SC who is my current person in charge of my caseload worked together to make sure i could not have it an had to give it back so they are keeping from my esa Northbay will also make promises and not keep just say stuff or do the bare minimum just so they can say they’re doing something or they will do something that won’t help or make things worse an say that it’s to help an for your own good an hide behind rules policy’s an ect like they know better an ect I am currently still having issues with a bright future they won’t help me with

Been with them for 5 years and my needs and concerns have never been met or even pushed aside. They paced me in a group home when my mom and I have stated we didn’t want me to live in a group home. This is like my 6th SC within a year. They do not communicate with the client at all. Worst decision ever.

Too much work for administrators and licensee. They’re dealing with HCBS, regional, licensing and family of clients. I have a friends who are vendored of regional center planning to transfer to private care homes because it’s too much for them they said a lot of works now. They add HCBS and they required a lot yet payment is not that much. Good thing I didn’t do this.

I love everything about this place. I have a very helpful counselor and even though there is a bit of work to investigate available resources, i've nothing but good come out of what I need for my son.

I am currently protesting North Bay, New Leaf processors, and Greenleaf Longterm care and their effort to remove me as payee for my daughter.
They have conducted IEP's without my knowledge in violation of State Law, stopped my ex-husband from visiting, and even reported she has no family. The final straw was a report to the police that I had committed fraud. Future posts will be made on my Social Media pages. These outrageous reports of Blacks to police are all over Youtube. They must be stopped. Document visits to your loved ones and if illness prevents your visits, save medical documentation so they can't say you don't exist.

North Bay Regionsl Center has come a long way since they began. I love the new digs by the Napa Airport and the recent Art Show was Awesome! Great vibe too.

This organization helps those with developmental disabilities. Anything from home placement to day programs and certain specialists. North bay helps fund what it necessary that perhaps insurance doesn't. There are too many things to list but I honestly don't know what I would do without them.
