Today I walked into Vitalant with no appointment,hoping to.find an opportunity to donate.
I was warmly greeted by Jennifer, Jasmine and Alondra. They found an opening for me and I proudly was able to donate.
My experience with The Napa center has always been positive,the staff go above and beyond to accommodate the clients.
I have been a donor for over thirty years and I look forward to giving of myself to help another.

I have been donating platelets at the Napa center for over thirty years. Today I donated platelets. The staff Jasmine,Jennifer,Alexandra and Tim guided me through my donation, answered all of my questions and talked to me like they were my family.
All four were kind, professional and truly bend over backwards to accommodate all the donors who come in. It's a blessing in Napa to have such dedicated people
serving their community in such a vital function.

I've been donating blood here for over ten years. The staff here is top-notch. They offer a good variety of salty & sweet snacks for their customers. You can also get bottled water, coffee & tea as well. By donating blood to help people in dire need, it makes you feel pretty darn good about yourself. Plus, you get points that you can turn into gift certificates at restaurants, Amazon gift cards, clothing & so much more.

I have been using this blood donation center for ten years+. It is well run, clean and friendly. I set my appointment online and never have a problem. The staff is friendly and knows my name when I walk in the door. Some of them have been there for years, which is a good sign!
I have had bad experiences at other donation entities, but never here.
People who leave bad reviews need to grew up. It is not about you.

They are so difficult to work with. Used to be able to call the local office and make appointment. Called number listed and was told had to call a different number to platelets, Called the number asked if they have a certain time, that's the only time and day I have. I get a run around and finally told they do not have that time. Need to get better customer service.
