Worst place ever!! One staff member tells me one thing then the next member tells me different..had my wallet in the truck so I sent my dad in to pay it for me..they told him to wait..took about 30 mins and the other party left ..then they still wanted me to pay ..they could of had it if they would of just attended my father . They even knew he was going to pay. I coulda been with my kids..totally not cool

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff here. I was really stressed and worried how the supervised visits was going to work out for my son, but every staff I’ve met has been nothing but kind and helpful! They also really work with you, when it comes to scheduling visitation times. I would highly recommend!

I use this service as my court ordered supervised visit once a week for my 2 toddlers. I've been doing this with them for about 2 years now. The staff has never been rude, mean or difficult. They are professional, strict with rules & quick when requesting attendance logs. I highly recommend this facility if you're in need of supervised visits or exchanges.

I and my 3 children were ready to go for our supervised visitation on 11/27/2021 when I got a call from child supportive services telling me I had to park in thier neighboring business parking lot meaning they wanted me to take the chance of getting my vehicle towed all while they ("CSS") guaranteed the safety of the opposite parents vehicle that is allowed to park in CSS parking structure. I asked CSS if they can guarantee that my vehicle won't be towed ? They responded no they could not guaranteed my vehicle won't be towed. So do to my concern and safety of my vehicle potentially being towed I told them I would then have to cancel until next scheduled visit when there parking structure for my vehicle would be ready due to refixing / reconstructioning; Then they (CSS) have the nerve to lie and say that I their called their staff or policies "stupid" so they decided to terminate our session altogether just because I decided to cancel that one day on 11/27/21 session in fear of my vehicle being towed. Instead of CSS doing the right thing and cancelling our session due to there inconvenience/issue.

I agree with all the one star rates this place is the worst all they care about is the money. They don’t care about you or your kids. I have a restraining order on my ex wife and they didn’t care still made us leave at the same time. I paid $50 for there paperwork that states how the kids are giving to me and how they look and all that and when I got the paperwork it never said that my children would come to me smelling like cigarettes and weed. They weren’t dressed up nice at all hair not done looking like homeless kids they never logged any of that in the paperwork. I suggest to all don’t waste your money and time on this place all they care about is the money and there selves

I've been visiting my children at this establishment for a little over 2 years,. The ladies there are super nice and always make my children and myself feel as comfortable as they can. We couldn't ask for nicer setting. I would recommend C.S.S to family, friends and anyone else who needs services in this setting.
The only reason that these so called bad reviews are up on this website is because things didn't go their way and they are holding grudges against their kids other parents. These staff members are very professional. If they were rude , well it's because that parent wasn't cooperating with the rules. Notice all the bad reviews are just the stars and no review. Or it is only a sentence, its because this place rocks. Thank You for all you do C.S.S.

The most unprofessional and rude supervised agency I've ever come across. They do not pay attention to detail what so ever. Our son comes with unexplained bruise/burns and never wants to return home, they snatched him out our arms which is against court law. The agency tries not to involve themselves at all, then whats the purpose of our children safety? They're notes which we payed $100 are horrible they say absolutely nothing. The agency sees EVERYTHING and turns their head which they stated to us in the beginning, if they get involved our services with them are terminated! What kind of professional supervised agency is this? They let other party dictate and manipulate plus let other party walk our child to us, isnt that the reason we're paying the agency, so other party doesn't get involved! We haven't been able to get our son since beginning of November due to agency not following direct rules from court order if anything happens to our son we are filling charges on this agency please everyone do your research thoroughly most people are just their for a check and give no thought about the kids that come and go from the facility.

This is the worst possible place to exchange your child. The staff member Nathan is rude, a bully, and treated me like I was a criminal. I was there simply because I didn't want to see my ex because of his continued affairs. The staff also never disclosed another employee was friend with my ex husbands brother. They are completely bias, unprofessional, and create a hostile, unwelcoming environment for the children. Even though we were not court ordered to go, it was by choice, when I felt they were no longer needed Nathan wrote a damaging letter to courts stating they "kicked me out" and I was no longer welcome. Will never willingly do business with them again.
