went here on a friday in the afternoon and it was pretty dead, which was good for me and my friends. they don’t accept cash, which was a bummer because one of my friends likes paying in cash, but times are changing i guess.

the food is very delicious and it comes out steamy hot! one of the head chefs came out to thank my group for coming in and offered us FREE desserts, so shout out to that guy! the prices are okay and are kinda of your average food prices in bellevue, but I was able to get two items all under $20, so that’s a steal! they also have free refills too! one thing i will say is that putting the calories on their menus is something to consider.

our server was one of the nicest and hard working servers we’ve seen in awhile. the other servers seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing, but it’s a new place so maybe that’s fair. very fast service, though!

this is a very casual place, so most people came in dressed casual and the atmosphere was very relaxing but engaging at the same time. many seating areas, including outside and around the gaming area and bar.

as for the games, we didn’t actually play them, because the price for a few people, the type of games they had and the time limit just didn’t sit with us, but it’s definitely something worth watching while you’re chowing down.

overall, we enjoyed our time here and will be back again to watch people play games and be served their delicious food! 🙂

Stopped by this new spot at Lincoln Square South with my family after a movie. We were drawn in by the amazing atmosphere! The food and drinks were great, and we ended up watching an entire game show. The service was excellent, and the vibe was incredible! We’ll definitely come back to check out the exciting VR games next time!

The games were very fun and the bartender was great but we got chips while we played games. The chips smelt and taste like gas or propane. We told server and she took them, we asked for something else instead . When we left game to get moved to a table, we did not see the check and paid for everything. Turned out we paid for those chips and the pretzels .

We went to a table and the server musta not been an experienced one (in a crop top and fur coat). I am unsure if she knew we were seated at all but the hostess never gave us enough menus only 3 for 7 people. She didn’t give us enough napkins or silverware or cups, again only 3 for 7 people. Server forgot to enter in a meal.

This place is not meant for a dining experience, only to have a good time playing the game. I would come back to only play the games. Also woulda been cool to have a dessert or something for my husbands birthday. We spent enough here

overall the experience was great, The service was solid, and I loved that you could sit back and watch others play the virtual games—it’s a unique form of entertainment. The employees were nice, though they seemed to be trying too hard to act 'cool,' which felt off-putting. A simple smile and warm welcome would go a long way, they just kept staring at us. They also just kind of hung out on the sidelines and didn't seem too engaged in working.

The food, however, was amazing! I highly recommend the pork bao buns—absolutely delicious. Despite the place feeling a bit slow everytime we go the employees played some games. the food came out quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. Nevertheless it’s a fun place, but with a few tweaks in employee engagement, it could be even better!

Edit: we also got a dessert on the house. shout out to one of the cooks named Carlos!

This VR spot stands out from others like Sandbox VR. Our group of 4 loved The Bay experience, with 4 fun games total. Each game pits 2 players per bay against others, keeping things exciting. Games are short but the full session lasts a satisfying hour. Difficulty ranges from basic to unique - something for everyone! We'll definitely be back!

Just loved it! We booked 2 bays for a total of 9 people. All the games were so much fun! Some were simple, but others were intense. Definitely recommend it!

My group reserved 3 tables and we all loved the experience. Equally we had the same compliant, I wish it was longer. I hope the first phase of this business plan is to get as many customers excited and phase two allows for us to book longer sessions. We would have easily booked three hours if the system allowed and we would have stayed the night consuming food and drinks. Instead we went to another gaming lounge nearby.

We love this place and want it to survive Bellevue. Good luck to you! We will be back.

Every staff member has been incredibly kind, which makes me want to leave a positive review. Even I was asking many questions, they remained patient and attentive, making me feel really welcomed. Food and drinks are awesome. Our servers, Natalie and Ali, were especially nice. I will definitely keep coming back to this place.
