Wish I can give zero stars.
A lady called my work today, she said she was calling from Business Consumer Alliance of which she never provided her name, but gave constant attitude until I told her to loose her attitude or I will hang up the call. This company needs to train their reps to provide a better service for customers to understand. She said that Business Consumer Alliance was Better Business Bureau. She wanted to get our company credit card to charge their $395 fee. Dont be fooled, this BCA has nothing to do with BBB.

After finishing my two examinations to become a electrical contractor, I immediately received a phone call from Paula manipulating the conversation to make her self seem like she was part of the CSLB (California State Labor Board)
And basically fooled me into purchasing their services.
Once I realized what happened I called them and asked for a full Refund. After receiving my refund I went on with my life, but today I received another phone call from The BCA and started the conversation stating that I was signed up to their services and that they had a lot of clients looking to book me.
After realizing who I was talking to I asked them to please leave me alone.

I was apart of this Paula scam. Directly after receiving my CSLB license number she called me stating she was with BCA indicating it was apart of the CSLB and their services were something I needed in order to have a functioning license. BCA calls me weekly asking to renew, after a year of not hearing one word from them nor utilizing any of their services. Hope this guides new contractors

Besides the CSLB guidelines, she suggested further valuable information that can benefit both contractors and customers and explained it very well. o wow. i just read another review about "Paula" contacting them convincing them that they were a part of CSLB. unfortunately i wasnt the only one they scammed. reviews are fake and so is their inegrity

All I know they the best ,one time and one only they sent a notice out to the bad company and I got the best result I got my money back in cash they knew BCA wasn't playing with them and don't go to Stone mountain auto repair and let Robert work on your car he is snake and will rip you off he thought he had me until I Put BCA on them

The BCA was able to get results for me. After logging a complaint with the BCA on buying a blemished item that was not as advertised, I was not able to work with the company to rectify the situation. The BCA contacted them multiple times and after 3 weeks, i finally got a call back from said company and received a refund. I appreciate you, BCA.
