Never called me back. I talked with an employee, name sounded like Glen Hunter. I gave him a lot of information. He said we had a case against a neglectful, harrassing landlord. He said he'd call back in a week. Never heard back.

What's the point? It's a fake way to give poor people a feeling like they have rights when only rich landlords have rights because they can pay anything to get what they want.

Look at the reviews. Nobody is happy. Its a sham. Another game to keep poor people busy with nonsense to jump through for zero benefit.

Theyre not lawyers or politicians. They wont do anything to actually prevent abuse and wont do anything to enforce laws. We're probably better off getting a contingency lawyer, pro-bono lawyer, or going into debt with a loan or credit card by retaining a lawyer.

This place is supposed to a "service" business. I've had to call so many times because to be honest they are very knowledgeable and have so much information to give. Unfortunately for a "service industry business" a lot of the employees are very rude and so condescending. People call because they need help. They are mostly desperate for correct information. The employees will ask you what's your name, what's your address, what's your phone number? Instead of saying hey we have an "intake" form I need to fill out and then I can answer any questions you might have. They cut you off when you're talking and asking questions. They must be government funded and have to track every person they assist for statistic purposes. And that fine, but to have to be rude and condescending is NOT. I asked for a Supervisor to call me back because I just can't with these people. There's a way to talk to people. Rude and disrespectful is NOT it. I'm going to wait to see if the Supervisor calls me back. I'm the type that will take it all the way to the top. I wasn't even calling for myself. I was calling for my cousin!

Grand Opening of new offices! Beautiful new facility. Housed with the Civil Rights Institute of Inland Southern California. Residential space of affordable housing located on-site as well. An added plus to the community of Riverside, California.

I didn't even get the opportunity to discuss my matter as I had the amazing privilege to speak with Stephanie who had an attitude and cut me off right off the bat. I was looking to ask general questions and did not want to provide any information and again, Stephanie figured that speaking over me in her monotone seemingly agitated voice was the way to go. People need help and this woman is knowingly fanning the flames of frustration. It seems like only people who don't care are put in positions that should hold empathy in a high regard. I'm sure this review won't matter but if anyone calls and gets the same attitude, I'd highly recommend posting it. I've contacted local government and they will be doing an "audit" of the caller experience. Change your attitude or your job, Stephanie.

Before submitting, I called back and was blind transferred by Juanita to a random extension and was fortunate enough to reach a person who took the time to answer my questions and actually attempt to help. I greatly appreciated her assistance and hope that the follow up call to measure the level of service gets a copy of my recorded call.

HAS NOT BEEN OF ANY SERVICE TO ME. I’ve been WRONGFULLY EVICTED AND FORCED OUT MY HOME. I’ve called more than 7+ times to leave record and get legal advice. JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY CANT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON MY RECORDS. My roommate ANDREW VENTURA, ROBERT VENTURA and I are all on the lease and I’ve expressed this since the beginning of NOVEMBER WHEN HE RAISED MY RENT FOR THE THIRD TIME WITHIN A YEAR.

I've always gone in to this business and have been treated well. Perhaps it's the old adage, "Treat others the way you want them to treat you," that worked for me. I want to address Liz Vazquez's post, where she rants about how terrible this place is. To be an effective reviewer, one needs to give examples, reasons. Start with the problem, the contact person, the dialog that ensued, the end result. This might include your body language, your verbiage, volume and the attitude I suspect you might have exhibited toward the employee. When, 'we,' are respectful, clear about the situation, complete in explanations, our reviews might hold some merit. I've always had positive outcomes, here. Everyone has always treated me well and my complex situations have always been resolved without much ado. So, Liz. Think. Use moxy, intelligence calm, and exercise patience when dealing with, especially, government employees, and you might yield satisfactory results. Your, " master reviews," might be validated. I can only presume why you had difficulty with these ladies(lady). Just imagine the cocky, gettolicious, loud, ignorant, demanding, mean, insulting, unreasonable, difficult people these folks deal with almost daily. Be kind. It works. Really.

This Agency offer no real resolution to people as tenants. There is a total disconnect. I called with a fair housing practice concern and was told to contact legsl aid. There is no need for this place to exist since all of their work surrounds Landlord rights.
