I want to share my positive experience working with KEYS Non-Profit, particularly with Mirna Valdez, one of their house coordinators. Mirna has consistently shown responsibility, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she responded promptly and took care of everything efficiently, which made the process smooth and reassuring.

Mirna is genuinely such an amazing person. You can tell that she has a passion for helping people and that is such a hard trait to come by. This was a review that I had sent to a Management Staff at KEYS Nonprofit, regarding one of their employees, Christina Dozier

I have been working closely with an employee of yours, Christina Dozier. It is an extremely rare occurrence that I run into an employee with the same proficiency and work ethic as myself, and I am pleased to report back to yourself and KEYS, that Christina has been an absolute blessing to work with. She has answered the phone every time I have called in, responded to every email within the same hour, reviewed and submitted documents SAME DAY, and has provided my members with services that no other agency has even come close to providing. All of this is done in a flawless and seamless manor, without ever having to check in or follow up with her for forgotten tasks. On top of all of this, she has even taken the time out of her day to explain and teach me how the county systems work and operate, put me in contact with other agencies and individuals for various needs of my members.. I am sure you already know how valuable it is to have an employee like this, but I just wanted to take the time to share my appreciation for KEYS and Christina.

This program has literally changed my situation in 90 days! My case worker Mirna ( M.V) is extremely supportive , helpful, & beautiful in and out ! You can tell she loves helping people. She encourages me to grow and always helps in making sure that me and my child are not only living better but also thriving … thank you so much Mirna ! Mirna is the best !!! She helped me find a stable home for me and my kids suffering from homelessness, she always goes above and beyond and very helpful in everything that she does she’s the best ever and keys is such a great program and helps everyone in need so thankful I came across them

If you are a landlord I would not recommend working with this program. They do not care about the landlord at all. If you need to ask them a question or anything they ignore you. They hardly ever get you the rent on time. As a landlord I would probably not work with this low income housing program ever again. I may try other ones in the future, but would not recommend keys.
