90% of my experiences have been horiffic. The staff give those of color the hardest time. They gaslight and profile you, as well as monitor your every moves. I haven't seen an African american working there since around 2013. When asking to speak with someone of a higher authority, they never even follow up with you.

Linda provided great help, the women security was not like most govt employee gaurds that watch you and treat you like a criminal. Fax machine directions need to be updated. Look if you are willing you can find a good source for jobs here.

I come here alot...every chance I get in fact...I am an older guy but have had very friendly youngsters come and talk to me while we wait to get into see the movie of choice...yes a great money saver at this theater...especially on Sunday !!! Thanks to all the great employees there that have helped my totally enjoyable experience there !!! Highly recommended here !!!

What's the point of a resource center if you cnt use the computers, print things, etc ? Only thing they are concerned about is if you want a temp job &they can barely help you with that. On top of that, their Customer Service could use wrk also, dnt greet you when entering &act like they have better things to do.

Bad customer service. Very difficult to get a hold of a representative and when they answer, calls get forwarded to voice answering machines. Not helpful at all. Was definitely expecting more from a resource center.
