Today my husband who has just been released from the hospital went into Loaves And Fishes here in Paso Robles. He was treated so rudely. It is hard to ask for help let alone be treated like a second class citizen. All questions were met with a curt response. No loving Christian values were on display here. He was even told, ‘You’re all done here!’ when he was moving too slow. He is a senior citizen and uses a cane. Do better Loaves and Fishes.

When I go like today I didn't expect the place to be closed. It sucks they don't put their hours on the windows especially if they aren't open. I went today at 1:40 and the location was not open. They have made me feel bad for going at time when it's 1:45 or 1:50. Telling me I need to be there by 1:45 to be helped when it states they are open until 2. They make me feel bad and not want to ask for free food when telling me next time be her by 1:45 if you want to come get help. Let alone expired food from the beginning of 2024. I have been waiting a long time to write a review but it's always the same 1 lady that makes me uncomfortable going when I can.

I had the most horrible experience today. I was not allowed inside the building told to wait outside in the heat. I'm biracial and felt that this was a racial issue. I hope no one has to go through what I went through. I was in need of help and turned down meanwhile she's letting others inside the building in front of me. This is unacceptable and not allowed.

I have the worst experience today I ask the women who is over the program if they were going to give household products out that have been there more than a month is said she give it out at her own discretion and asked to speak to me outside and I was not welcome there any more this is not God and I know other of people that has had them talk down on them something needs to be said and done unacceptable behavior.

I am homeless and don't have any food. I called to ask about what services are offered and the woman refused to answer me and told me to call somewhere else when I pointed out that on the website it says they helped the working homeless she disagreed with me and still refused to help me I'm unsure of what this establishment actually is if they are refusing to help someone In need or to answer simple questions

They said I was not Following the Rules! But when I asked for a Copy, they said I did have a right to See them.
I have been going to them for years when I needed help, I have never been treated like that before. It sounded alot like Discrimination! They where Rude, acted like they were going to Call the cops on Me. They call them selfs CHRISTIAN?
