What Rose and her family have built in memory of their son is a foundation that has saved the lives of many while also supporting the dozens of surrounding families.

I’m not sure where my cousin would be today without her help - I’m not sure if he would even still be here. I know for sure our family wouldn’t be where we are today without her generosity. She stepped in, educated me and my family, and sponsored my cousin through a remarkable recovery program. Not sure how we could ever thank Rose and the JCF.

Most of all, Rose is just a magnificent human being - she was there for our family every step of the way from figuring out next steps to strategizing what our long term plan should be for my cousin. Not to mention her emotional support - she truly feels like one’s own aunt/mother…I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am to have Rose in our lives.

Our Daughter was at the end of her rope and had hit rock bottom after many years of addiction. She finally went into Rehab for 3 months then needed to go into a sober living situation. I called Rose for advise and assistance.
She had me look at 2 sober livings in Thousand Oaks .We ended up

Our family went through the heartbreak of drug addiction when our son was introduced to heroin, a roller coaster of pain that seemed endless.
