Took them a very long time to get back to me. Then they would not help because a few years ago a visiting nurse would not leave my leased property...and never signed the agreement. But they represented him anyway. I will say that I recommended them to a friend and they were great with him.

It's just bizarre that this place is allowed to exist. Last year they helped me through some sort of sleepy means. This angered the person I rent from who barges into my bedroom screaming, has her son move in every other month, this time with his dog which he trained to attack me like it was Abu Ghraib, and then they forced me against a railing (they are cops/prison guards) holding a roll of quarters in their fist and telling me that it's legal for them to push me until I hit back. It worked. Not enough to hurt anyone but enough to laugh with the cop about it. Once I did that Julia Jenkins slammed her fist against the side of my head. She was holding a roll of quarters or something and my ear was red. The cop later said that my face was also red so I obviously was drunk. I had just come home from work. The woman on the phone asked me why I had moved to the area. I wonder if they ask their immigrant clients that. Once I called rural legal assistance and they immediately said they would write a letter and the problem would probably be over. But I was too old and got stuck with this hell. Something going on with Susan Chapman at the DAs office. I've lived with 3 of her clients and have gone through hell.

So far so good, although they have not gotten back to me regarding my last request. Friendly reception area though. They became angry that I questioned them and asked how they were funded. Free is not worth a penny if it isn't correct. Are they another organization funded by a grant and not doing their job?

They really try to help with some sense of compassion but, they're to busy or over loaded with cases to be able to care about some of us and the plites we are suffering.

They promised to help, but they have not. It seems like they don't show a lot of concerned for the elderly anymore.
