Just a horrible customer service experience. Staff really grills clients and takes advantage of innocent folks knowing they are helpless. The staff threaten clients or they will not get approved for funds! As if the funds are coming from their pocket! Such a bullying kind of attitude and intolerable behavior. There are other agencies who serve you like a human being. Thank you.
