In addition to providing my mom's normal services on two separate occasions the friendly folks at Access TLC have responded to and provided weekend emergency services at her assisted living home. to our case worker who we talk to on regular basis, Tammy. I’m especially appreciative to Edgar and Tammy, who have helped me advocate for my dad, when unbeknownst to me another Agency was taking advantage of his vulnerability for reasons of self profit.
They helped me find my own voice to advocate for my father, and terminate that relationship. Tammy pretty much had lazer eye PRECISSION in my time of need when I didn’t know what was going on.

Access TLC was there from the beginning to help us facilitate the discharge of our dad from the hospital and into there facility. They went over and beyond the normal expectations to provide the loving compassionate care our dad deserved. Our dads stay with the facility, Moorpark Health Care was short of 24hrs but nothing less of compassionate care and constant communication with our family . The Staff at both locations are tremendous in making you feel like your loved one is very much at home and part of the family especially during end of life AND during a pandemic. To add to my experience my mother in law has been a patient there for two years and receives THE BEST CARE, everything runs like a well oiled locomotive from the administrative side right through to the care side. Always clean, well fed, LOVED and always treated with respect. Never had one problem!

As a former friend of this foundation, I can't begin to tell you the wonderful things they do for the the low income sick and dying. All are treated like you would treat your loved one(s). They are passionate, caring and do everything possible to make your loved one comfortable was they prepare to cross over to the other side.
