Getting call after call and text after text from people just wanting to buy our house from under us was extremely frustrating, maddening and stressful. I’m glad NACA sent me help in the mail. The moment I got in contact with Chris Huynh he was extremely helpful and very attentive. He followed up like he said he would and made sure everything they needed to help us was received. I’ve never been able to speak to just one person about our mortgage, but I was able to reach Chris consistently. The loss mitigation processor Monica Palencia was so sweet and understanding. She made sure the results of our modification were ideal and spent time on the phone making call after call with me. No organization has ever been this attentive, detail oriented or reliable. Thank you for all y’all do! I will definitely give this resource out to people I know.

I am writing this to thank NACA from the bottom of my heart for all their assistance during a very trying time that I have been going through with my home. As my appointed advocate, thank you Chris Huynh for your compassion of my home situation and for directing me to others within NACA for assistance. Many thanks to Dee Williams for your abundance of knowledge concerning housing foreclosure issues and the court system. Thanks Denise Gonzalez for directing me on what docs were needed to apply for home loan modification and for submitting those docs for me. Thanks Erick Rosas for sending me important docs. I also want to extend thanks to Daniel Rodriguez, Samuel Aguilar, Orlando Concha for assistance with inquiries. Finally, thanks to Cindy Guzman and Jocelyn Castillo of CDLG for checking in/assistance. Because of all of you working with me, I received an offer from my mortgage company that gives me a chance to reverse a negative situation. I feel that I can breath again! Many, many thanks NACA and your affiliate CDLG. God bless all!

Cynthia Abela is what I feel is holding together this company. She goes out of her way to help you and I couldn’t be more appreciative to her. Tony Cara has drop the ball on my case more than once. I had a Wrongful Foreclosure lawsuit against Wells Fargo and he did not tell me about the hearings that were coming up. I knew nothing what was going on and because of that, he did not have all the evidence ready for when we went to trial and I lost my home because of him and his unwillingness to work on my case. I have read a lot of other reviews that have the exact same complaints that I have had and something needs to be done. He employees disbarred members and suspended members, and he charges way too much for the work he does not do.

Non Profit Alliance of Consumer Advocate has been very helpful with coordinating with our mortgage company to pause the foreclosure proceedings on our house and assisted with developing a plan to be back on track with a workout plan to become current again. We had a temporary set back for several months but that setback has been repaired and we are now good with our mortgage company.

From Consumer Defense Law Group, Cynthia Abela is one of the best paralegal, advocate I ever had in my tough times in my house, and I’m so glad to have her as my case manager. She is very professional, cool and knowledgeable in what she’s doing. Easy to contact, she will give you the best time to reach her out if she’s so crazy busy at her work. You will not be disappointed the way she explain things and it’s very clear. Very friendly approach, humble and nice and supportive to her client. She always makes sure that her client feel comfortable and not to neglect anything especially with the time sensitive documents that she may need. I appreciate you Cynthia Abela you’re for sure an asset to your company. Thank you, you're the best!
