They attend like its their house and if you go after 3pm they will not attend you even if its 3:10 when it clearly says they close at 3:30 Pm. They lock the doors and wont even open up for you to ask a simple question. This one girl wanted to answer me with the doors closed, i said i will not enter i just wanted to ask something but couldnt because the door was locked in front of me. How rude and unprofessional this place.

I showed up a 4:59 on a wednesday and they already had the doors locked I understand i showed up a minute before they closed but i have school and work everyday and this was my one day off for the next month to where i would be able to come in and as soon as the receptionist saw me at the door she literally took off running behind a wall to where i couldn’t even see her anymore. This place is awful couldn’t even greet me and say sorry we’re closed. Most unprofessional thing I have ever seen in my life. I’ve never received food stamps before or applied till I just moved here for school and am waiting to get promoted at my job so I can afford groceries on my own and now i’ll have to risk losing my job or waiting a whole other month just to get a day off work and see if I can get approved or not.

They were the answer to all the process transitioning my family over here as it was so confusing for us. It's still sometimes difficult to communicate with them because I know they're super busy and working hours are short as they're open until 3:30 pm. That's 1 less star rating there. However, the staff, especially Elizabeth and Emiro, they were angels working my family's particular situation. This place is so needed. There should be more workers there for so many people looking up for help. But I know it is not easy in any industry to find capable workers, so all good workers are overworked.

Customer service is very judging.she wouldn’t answer your question without judging you first. I don’t fell comfortable asking for help this wasn’t the first time with this employee she rude to everyone she choose cause for her Anna her boss has her back . I want to another place for help and it seems like no one is doing anything about this women apparently she gets away with treating people this way for a while. They hear about it in different places. If I’m asking for help I don’t think I need someone to judge me as well. This wasn’t the first time that’s why I’m making this statement

They were all very awesome as to their knowledge and professional behavior. Ladies of great composture, excellent pros in their fields and very kind and sensitive to the clients and overall people's needs. My brother is a veteran of the Vietnam war and amputee of his right leg. The kindness and attentive behavior of these ladies at the office is above and beyond. He feels respected and cared for his needs. Even if nothing comes out in his case, we are so very grateful 🥲🥲🥲 for their kindness and attention, explanation of the process, deference and respect. I categorically recommend this office for anyone in need of these and similar services.... I saw people coming in with very strong and rude attitudes. The personnel tried to assist them and they were so mad and disrespectful. Sometimes we think our interlocutor is bad or has woken on the wrong side of the bed but most times is us who carry and behave with an attitude and not everyone would put up with it. A professional response for those individuals is an offense ... I bless their professional behavior, the way they work your cases with timeliness, their demeanor , their caring and attentiveness and the long hours they must work to produce results.
