Dr. Stein is the man! The entire from office is very friendly and helpful. Great people!

I had pain in my foot that was effecting my work and stopping me from running. I have tried everything without any positive results. I went in to Dr. Stein’s office and he was able to diagnose my issue and give me options. I went with a cortisone shot. It took less than one minute and I was out.

I am on my second day after the shot. My foot feels much better and the pain is almost gone. Thank you Dr. Stein and all the office staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Stein for any Podiatry issues.

Doctor Plotkin and Olga are the best. We started with them 2 years ago when my then 11 year old son had surgery on his toes. He now sees my husband and unfortunately myself for a fracture and torn ligament. He has always went above and beyond to make sure he explains in detail what he needs to do and what we need to do on our end. I can reach out to him at anytime and he’s always there to make sure we get in there to see him when we need him. I highly recommend Dr Plotkin. If I trust him with my family and my family is my everything, you definately won’t be disappointed trusting him with yours.

Dr. Elliott Ploktin Is a 10 star in my book! He is kind, respectful, and honest. Gentle and very straight forward in his approach and never a know it all. Explains, allows time for questions and always answers a question promptly. He has a sense of humor to go along with his deep concern but most of all truly cares about his patients. After seeing 6 other doctors and 3 years of fighting the system, he listened and really looked at my test results. A torn ligaments in my arch causing constant pain and swelling, he did surgery after exhausting all options –not a knife happy doctor. But when that is the answer, he is the ONE!! His follow up was incredible. I will continue with him and highly recommend him. His staff ladies are kind, respectful, and super sweet!

New patients beware. Called the office to make an appointment as soon as the authorization was received, but for one month the receptionists gave me the run around, which resulted in my child being denied medical care. Finally realizing that they would never run out of prerequisites, excuses, and deception aimed at blocking our access to care, I called our primary care physician and requested a refferal to a different doctor. Dr. Wheeler's office in Burbank immediately made an appointment for us for the following week. No hassles, no excuses, no tasks for me to complete first. Amazing. So glad that I will never need to deal with Dr. Plotkin's office again.

Lakeside Medical Group changed my previous Podiatrist to Dr. Elliot L. Plotkin and on Friday 10/20/17 I had an appointment with Dr. Plotkin at 2:30pm. I sat there waiting for almost 2 hours after my appointment schedule to have my toenails clipped. His staff never informed any of the people in the waiting room (which was full) that he was behind schedule that day. Finally one of his staff came out and advised every one that he was behind about an hour. I got up to leave when they advised I would be the next patient he would see.
I was taken in to a room then and after another 20 min he came in and never apologized for the delays only to say he had been there since 7:00am that day.
Needless to say I decided than not to ever go back to him again and cancelled my next appointment with him. What a quack he was!
Unfortunately his staff is the same as Lakeside has scheduled me to see for another Podiatrist in the same office for my next appointment.

Dr. Plotkin, was rude, abrasive and had the bedside manner of a blender. I was appalled and discontinued the consultation within 5 minutes and I intend to report him.He called me, "Sweetheart," when he doesn't even know me and it is unprofessional.

His assistant, Amanda is rude and condescending.

They changed my appointment twice at the office and were incredibly disorganized. Never again!!!!!

Doctor Stein is a very professional, knowledgeable doctor and a nice guy too. He helped me with my foot ulcer and my bone spur in my toe. I am happy with his service and will continue to go to him with any foot troubles I have in the future.
