The only issue was the Parking. A birthday party was organized in the hall and it was good and spacious. Easy to drive and in the hear of east bay yet quiet and peaceful !

Located at Richmond - Dalai Lama Ave.
Tibetan community center. Where anyone can come and visit no entrance fee. They welcome anyone. Sometimes in the weekends you will get to buy food.. open 7 days/week.

These people are very cruel to their neighbors.
The neighbors they are cruel to ar usually black. Now they are building a tower in a small quaint neighbors so they can continue their procedure practices
