Horrible service, they accepted to take on my case. Somebody by the name of Mayra Valdes, she never answers your calls or returns your voicemails her communication skills are horrible for a professional working in this type of field. I stopped by their office in Richmond to drop off the paperwork rang the doorbell a few times and they never answered the door. A person by the name of Vicky walked out of the building pretending to be on the phone (avoiding me) so she wouldn't have to talk to me. They took my paperwork and never notified me they received the paperwork or that any kind of work was in process for this case. A week passed and never heard anything from anybody. I had to find a private lawyer to help me, which i ended up spending a lot more than i wanted to. This place is open for people with immigration needs to get help without having to spend a ton of money but the way they treat people it does not seem they are willing to help anybody. Really disappointed with this, i wish i would've had a different experience.
