My 94 year old mother in law has had assistance from Love and Care on and off over the past couple of years. Recently, she has had a helper who assists with tasks in the house, self care, conversation and comfort. Else, the helper, even gave my mother in law a foot massage on a particularly hard day. She fell asleep with the massage! Else displays care and concern and she makes a big difference in the life of a 94 year old!

We were very fortunate in having such patient, compassionate and competent caregivers from Love&Care. I include 'patient' because there are challenging times in a hospice home care end of life situation that requires a bit of latitude and extreme flexibility on the part of the caregiver and the care-giving service itself. Of the three other services we considered, Love& Care came thru initially and continued with us thru the thick and thin. For me as the primary caregiver, male spouse, having the Love&Care team each day provided me with the respite time I needed to maintain my sanity (what's left of it :<). 5 Stars

My husband was on Hospice for 3 weeks before he passed away. Zaira and Love and Care were very helpful to me and their caregivers came when they were scheduled which was a great relief to me. Love and Care provided invaluable service to my 91- year-old father when he came out of the hospital after getting Covid. The care he received was excellent. His main caregiver, Luis, was highly skilled and extremely professional. He helped my family learn what to do to assist my father, and he was kind and respectful towards my dad when providing care to him. Luis became like a member of our family. Zaira is amazing with regard to scheduling and sending a caregiver quickly. She goes above and beyond to help find the right person to help your loved one as quickly as possible. I was very happy with the care and the service we received from Love and Care, and would recommend them to those needing in-home care.

Love and Care was extremely helpful to us when my husband came home from the rehab hospital. Zaira was very kind, and wonderful to work with. She provided excellent information and assistance in understanding the whole process of bringing a caregiver into our lives, which we had never done before. She really paid attention to our individual needs and listened to our concerns and wishes. Then she was able to find the absolute PERFECT caregiver for my husband. Jennifer was worth her weight in gold—a truly kind and caring human being who seemed to love being part of our household for the time she was here. My husband and I were sad to say goodbye to her, and to Zaira, and we would definitely call them in the future as needed. They have a rare combination of complete professionalism, thoughtfulness, and—Love and Care.
