This is my first time writing a review on any business. This is by far the worst experience I had waiting for a service in my life. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WORKING THERE HAD 0 CLUE WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I waited 3 HOURS to get one paper signed. I will never ever come back to this place again

Im a SIV caseholder and have no place to stay , im living with my relatives and monthly give them some rent .
This is such a useless office
Im eligible for snap , first month i got 500$ then 300$
my wife is also pregnant and cant work .
The worst thing is they send every month a bunch of letters and blackmail me to close my case .
Does any body know how can i complain from this office Is here any office to help me and stay with me against these people
They are really disturbing us during our bad times here ?

These 5 stars are for CHERYL GOAD, this is the only social worker who has truly helped me in the years of recieving benefits. The only person who really truly seems to care about helping people. I could say I love her for all the help she does. She deserves recognition for her hard work.

Would give zero stars. Historically very unhelpful to me and neglected to indicate that they were unavailable the last time I attempted reaching out to them until the very moment I came in contact with a person. Only met one person who seemed to be competent and take their job seriously and not just be there for the money, and even they unfortunately haven’t really made much progress with my case. Overall seemingly unwilling to genuinely help those in need like myself, like some other human resources I am familiar with/have reached to that have failed to fulfill their duties. Please do better.

Usually going in is the better choice because you pretty much get nowhere with the 800 number they have you call. But this time I went in for a simple print out from child support, I sat there for a half hour before I got annoyed and went up to the counter just to be told they weren't open.... Really!?!? I signed in, she should have seen my name pop up or however their system works. And after sitting there for 30 minutes all she said was "I'm here to let people know we're not open today".... A SIGN on the window would have sufficed!

This office should be under a close eye by the state of Maryland for misconduct and mishandling confidential personal information. But considering us residents of Frederick county who are seeking help are not looked at as "credible" when such complaints are made, nobody seems to listen unfortunately. I wish the best of luck to everyone who enters this office seeking help.

Would give zero stars. What a waste of time. Depressing to need help and can't get anyone on phone. I was mailed letter with my appointment time and never received a call. I have spent weeks trying get someone. Shame on you guys. Tomorrow going start calling congress or city hall. Someone has be able help
