horrible. last year after the fire I had been very ill. 6 hrs out of the hospital and sepsis one of the nurses called me 9 times and maxed out my vm. She decided it would be a bright idea to call my Mother 2500 miles away and worry her. Wow. Then they sent a rocket scientist out to the home I was staying at with my friend who had hip surgery three weeks prior. She was leaving to go to therapy on crutches and my visiting nurse spent 20 min trying to convince my friend to take my walker, and adjusting it for her height. She spent less time with me that her. Then last year at the end of the year my Mother who these people harassed, died. I asked for bereavement counseling and Doritta called me. I asked that only an email be sent because I was still reeling from grief. She called me twice in 4 hrs and it was dejavu. I changed my first 1 star review because Joanne Mack the COO called me after I raised a fuss and assured me they would be so happy to assist me. Doritta, called me yesterday and told me off. She told me I was so angry after my Mother died when she phoned me she doesn't think she can help me. WOW yes I agree. You are a nasty callous idiot who should not be counseling anyone. Grief, anger, sadness all kinds of emotions, espeically since you would be non profit is supposed to be skilled at nursing and grief. Epic Fail. Especially Doritta and her pal Joanne. Fail Fail Fail.

Visiting Nurses came to us quickly when by little brother began to fail from cancer. They were helpful, professional, generous, understanding and later coordinated with the hospice Sarah House.
