Wilson and his team did an incredible job with the overall service they provided regarding the sale of our house in San Bruno. We were moving to East Coast and not be physically present in the area during the sale process. Wilson explained the entire process and how his team will handle all the logistics of the sale. He also provided guidance regarding the updates including the paint job and staging that we should do prior to the showings. And then his team took care of all the logistics involved with those projects after we vacated and moved to East Coast. It was a full service concierge treatment from his team in getting the house ready for sale.
And then his team hosted open houses for every single weekend until the house was sold. Market got little slower and it took little longer than expected to sell the house but every single weekend his team hosted open houses on both Saturdays and Sundays. His team also then send us the detailed report each week regarding the traffic and feedback from prospective buyers. He was also always available to talk through the market conditions and kept us updated throughout this process. And his team was also there to support us through the contracting and the closing process to eventually get the deal done. Overall it was a great experience to work with Wilson and his team and will be strongly recommending him.
