Its q bad service all the ladies and even the manager who have the cases are terrible and rude, they need more professionalism, its terrible some people really need the help, but they act like if they are the owners is just terrible hope one day they make a better service to the community.

Alejandra Tomianovic is an absolutely terrible assistant. It is actually quite surprising how the county hires these people with no types of professional courtesy or educational background to be able to understand or process simple information. This young lady is nasty, lacks the ability to communicate adequately and has absolutely no care or importance to paying attention to applications she receives and is assigned. It’s sad that not even the higher ups involve themselves enough to bring a positive change to needing members in the community.

Case workers are helpful, polite, and understanding. However, some of the staff that run the front desk, whom you have initial communication with, are extremely rude and respond in a manner as if you’re bothering/burdening them. If you are “down on your luck” and already feeling a certain way about needing assistance and or help, don’t do in person! Try to complete your business via phone/email or solely with your case worker! After dealing with the front desk staff, you’ll leave feeling more horrible and uncomfortable than when you first entered.

Honestly their service is horrible, this one coworker was extremely rude, if they can't help people without being rude, I'm not sure why they are even working there. If you can avoid this place do so. It's not worth the experience.
