Front desk lady needs to be switched. She could not provide an address for energy assistance, the other two front desk ladies knew the address by heart and gave it to me after 10 minutes of back and forth with the First Lady. She was being difficult on purpose, and would not ask her coworkers something that was clearly common knowledge, she would rather be no help and send county residents away. A " we can't help you" attitude is not the best personality for the front desk of social services.

Pretty easy and decent. Had to go to work on my insurance and they were helpful. They also help with EBT, TCA and other financial aids. There is a court house inside as well as a place to work with you to adopt children. Decent location and free parking. Surrounded by plenty of places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This place is ridiculous. All these women in the front just sitting. The security head down on the phone. They used to be helpful but since they change all of them just sit there telling everyone to call this number. Then you sit on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour waiting for someone to answer. They are more helpful. But these employees need to be moved to at another location where that would be of good use cuz right now the government is paying them to so NOTHING!!!!

This place has the laziest, nastiest do nothing staff ever! I have been on medical leave from work for an infection in my spine for a few months now, and still haven't received any cash assistance, and they gave me food stamps, finally for 2 months just to cut me off because I didn't submit my proof of work? They've had every piece of paperwork from my doctors since day 1, we have the receipts and still, they just mess up everything they touch. So, now we go to the Annapolis office. They should fire every person in that office, and then deny all of them any help after. Can only wish the worst for everyone and anyone involved in that office!

They never answer phone they really should do something about phone services. They turned off my food stamps never told me anything.

When I first walked in the lady at the front desk called my name, and someone else proceeded to walk up to the desk in place for me, and when I tried to advise the front desk, lady that the person she was assisting, took my turn she advised me that I needed to wait rather than advising the person whom she did not call to wait their turn.

We had to speak to the supervisor Mr. Riga there about the fact that they’re miss calculating military income for soldiers that live on the base and doing that makes it to where we don’t qualify for benefits, even though we qualify. The supervisor had us wait so that he could verify the policy but all he did was call another coworker to verify if he was doing things the right way. Once we asked him to show proof of the policy, he stated that we had to wait two business days so that he could actually look up policy in order to show us proof of what he saying is policy. Even though his original purpose of having us sit down and wait was so he could check policy, which he never did. He was not trying to listen to our concerns, nor was he trying to look at the document that we showed him that proves that military income is calculated differently when the soldier lives on the base.

All around the environment, as well as the interactions with the staff at this location is extremely unprofessional, and it even saddens me more that they have no concern about how they treat their military soldiers and their families.

Horrible. Workers do not care. Very unprofessional. Extremely hard to get ahold of. Set appointment dates and notifies you after the date has passed. Does not call when they have scheduled phone interviews. They cut off stamps for no reason and make it very hard to get them back. I have sent in information needed to continue food stamps on the proper date and still have had them cut off due to not sending info in on time when I have time stamps of when I sent them in. Just horrible all around. If you want to make any progress you need to actually go into the office. If I could give a zero star I would. You’re a government facility, do better.

This place has the worse, most awful people working here. It’s already embarrassing having to be there but to be treated like a pile of dirt is even worse. Makes a person feel so small. I’m sure many took their lives after their visits they are so belittling. I took myself off of food stamps because of this. I’d rather starve than deal with this system. Especially for $25. I complained to the Government but no one cares about poor people.
