Hands down this is the BEST social services office I have ever been to and it felt good to be treated like a human being and not just another statistic. God bless the staff here!✨

So, I visited the location today, and I would like to say that my question was answered promptly. But, I didn't want to inquire about anything else due to the fact that the receptionist asked me a question and then cut me off in the middle of me answering the question. I'm confused as to why, but I'm sure that one of the job requirements for this job is customer service. Being in the customer satisfaction business for years in different fields of work, cutting someone off without allowing them to speak is extremely poor customer service. I once called this location to apply for tca because at the time I was in need and my last job was not in favorable conditions so I had to leave. The woman on the phone told me I was stupid. Might I add that the call was recorded, so I can't make this up. When will the etiquette of the dhs office in general change. It's like you're at their mercy, but they are literally data entry clerks. I can do your job. You could do your jobs effectively if you had great customer service. At the end of the day, you are here to serve the community. We owe you nothing but respect in exchange. You set the tone for the whole visit for people seeking help.

Visited the Columbia, MD DHS building today, the service was fast and pleasant from the Guards to Ms Jenkins calling our number. Upon meeting Ms Jenkins, she was very knowledgeable about the services we were inquiring about. She was very patient and enthused with assisting me. I felt very comfortable with asking questions. Ms Jenkins provided top tier support and represented the agency very well. Thank you Ms Jenkins for your excellent customer service.

Avoid avoid avoid racist establishment security guy in the evening is harassing people by creating a scene by telling them calm down why no one has said anything disrespectful this place needs attention and needs to be checked out immediately.
Black security officer treats people unfairly in the evening morning one is nice this one needs help by a good psychiatrist.

Amazing experience at this location! The staff were all friendly, fast, efficient and polite with great customer service! Especially Ms. Jenkins! She goes above and beyond for every client she deals with and is a great multi-tasker. She and the rest of the staff, even the security guards made what I expected to be a long, dreadful experience an extremely pleasant experience! Hats off!
