Over 7 yrs ago, they [ Kelly Sumner] saved my life. Today, I just left the lottery commission in Milpitas, where their corporate office is located.

One statement of advice to pull off what I did from where I came from took them and 14 other SSVF & GPD.

But don't think that they will hand it to you.

IF YOU ARE PROACTIVE IN REACHING YOUR GOALS, THEY WILL ASSIT YOU ALL THE WAY 100%.

Words cannot explain how thankful I am for this program. I honestly wouldn't have known what to do if I didn't have the support that I received from Jackie, Sophie and the rest of the staff over at HomeFirst (Santa Clara location). Your hard work and commitment to keeping the community homeless free deserves to be acknowledged. Keep up the good work HomeFirst.

Homefirst is a San Jose, California located program that works with the social services agency and other non-profit businesses with the government as organizations for charity.

They assisted us with these new move-in items for our housing referral as a part of the housing referral program for affordable, subsidized, low-income housing.

We are on a housing plan that works out for 12-months and were given these items as choices we made from (Amazon.com) *BRAND NEW* and are being supplied with also multiple other furnishing items.

The program gives us a percentage of our income that we pay instead of the overall housing market rate; for Turnleaf Apartments thats ($1848.00) for a studio, and we have been able to be intaked with a first month, and security deposit waivers, as well as the 2nd and 3rd months free.

(Review Update)
As of staying with HomeFirst for over (8) months we have been able to as the pictures show given Emergency Grocery Credit through Walmart were the Social Services Specialists will assist as a delivery agent to personally deliver the groceries to our address; like UberEats.

We have been able to be given (3) grocery credits for:
1. $250.00.
2. $150.00.
3. $175.00.

These groceries were ordered from Walmart.com Multinational Big Box Retailer Superstore. Which is the highest end product that can be acquired on the market today.

And they have assisted with not only PG&E, but also Internet Services Comcast Xfinity Bill Payments.

Through the early months of the Holiday time in 2024 we had an issue with our Social Security Income (SSI) as a Stop Payment due to "Overpayment" was conducted against our account we were able to get assistance with a vehicle transport and rental waivers on our rent account due to the Social Security Administrations negative Impact on our income direct deposit account.

This program definitely deserves like 5+++++ star rating.

Thank you.
