Okay I drop my stars at this place, they need to have more caller, it the same callers over and over which makes bingo dull and boring, they taking too long to call the MC cover all which in my opinion is a horrible game to call that slow.

Callers talk too much when calling games too much repetition.
I will have to rethink coming at nights with the same callers. .

Great place to play bingo only place give you 50% off all month for your birthday and you definitely get your money's worth and the only place I know there's a second chance I will be back for that $5,000 I must get that this year

This place is super fun to play bingo. The staff is friendly and they are very organized. Highly recommend if you are in the area and you love to play pulltabs or flash. They have a great assortment.

Monday January 30th. I didn't make reservations and when I got to the bingo hall, there is a long line outside. I asked what the line was for and I was told for it's for no reservations. It is a bad decision to have people wait outside when it's cold. They should have put this new rule in the website so people will try to make reservations. This sucks.

Edit: I played here for years and have suffered a great deal because the staff will only save seats for their favorite players and they allow those favorites to violate the rules and policies by saving 5 or six seats however they refuse to accommodate the disabled.

The new guy, Rich, running the place acts like he's running a prison guard.

As an avid bingo player I really like this charity hall quite a bit. Their program is consistent and they keep to their schedule. I absolutely love the option to play carhop bingo with Zoom instead of being inside the hall. The volunteers and workers and management are great. The callers do a very good job of calling clearly & acknowledging a possible bingo immediately. Maureen who can always be counted on to deliver your buyin package at the counter is super sweet and helpful. If I had to offer a constructive feedback, I would say management should not allow bad behavior from any player whether they be small players, big players or wanna-be whales. As long as management stay firm and fair as they have been, I will continue to go to this hall to enjoy fun evenings with friends yelling bingo!

Great experience on my birthday! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Get there early to get a good seat! Best birthday buy in!
